Nice pics....the eclipse was very cool...reminded me of burning man.
sadly the sky was cloudy in austria, when i got up at 3 in the morning. so i went to bed again. but that means also i am well rested this morning ;-)
It happened at 8pm in Calgary, a good time for early-to-bed annie!
btw, the stars next to the moon, I believe, might be the planets Saturn and Regulus...
In my opinion, the August 2007 eclipse was a little more impressive - I guess, I was not in Calgary's light bubble, which reduces the contrast. And the dancefloor in the desert might have helped :)
The moon also seemed bigger at burning man.
